Hi, my name is Kevin Spear – I am the MD at Mortgage Marketplace.
I have over 30 years’ experience in the Financial Services industry and I am as passionate now about giving clients a good outcome as when I started my career in the early nineties.
Over the years I have worked in a variety of senior roles, and now I enjoy developing the client proposition for Mortgage Marketplace. That said advising my clients is where I am happiest. I specialise in Equity Release, Commercial Loans, Buy to Let Portfolio Funding and Residential Mortgages. Giving a service above and beyond expectations is what we all aim for.
I am passionate about the outdoors and enjoy sea kayaking, skiing and hiking with my family, mountain biking and travelling. I am a PADI Divemaster and find nothing more satisfying than helping others access and enjoy the underwater world I have grown to love.
Hi, my name is Tracey. I have worked within the Financial Services industry for over 20 years in a variety of roles including marketing, management and product design.
Since moving to Mortgage Marketplace, I have been able to get back to talking directly to clients, something which I really enjoy. I always want to help wherever I can and endeavour to do the best for our customers.
Outside of work, I am married and have two young children, so my weekends are taken up with football matches and dance lessons currently! I enjoy running, spending time with my family and a good catch up with friends over coffee.
Hi, I’m Caroline. I have 18 years’ experience in Financial Services specialising in Mortgage Advice and Protection. I believe in being open and honest and will always strive to find the best mortgage option for you; my aim being to make your mortgage experience as smooth and stress free as possible, keeping you updated at all stages of the process.
I have wide ranging experience including helping First Time Buyers, Next Time Buyers and Buying to Let, Remortgaging and extra borrowing for home improvements and debt consolidation, Sub Prime lending and Bridging Finance and will always have your best interests at the forefront of everything I do.
Outside of work I live with my husband, Dave. We both love the outdoors, and long country or seaside walks with a picnic are often on the agenda when we both have the same day off. The long walks in turn compensate for my love of baking (I’m no Mary Berry but I’m surprised my husband is still as slim as he is!) and visits to the diverse food establishments that Bristol has to offer (a particular favourite is the street food on offer down at Cargo on the Harbourside). I am also a keen traveller and will be off to a far-flung place as soon as we are allowed.
Hi I’m Jo. Having worked in accounts and customer services for 20 years, and learning a lot about the mortgage industry, I passed my CeMAP in 2022 and look forward to hopefully advising clients on their mortgage options in future!
Outside of work I enjoy live music, socialising, exploring Bristol and spending time with my family & pets.
Hello, my name is Oana. I am an experienced mortgage broker always excited to build client relationships – I really enjoy making people happy. A mortgage isn’t just about borrowing money, it’s about realising an aspiration, whether it’s helping families get the dream home, first time buyers getting on the property ladder, or investing in buy to let properties or commercials, it is such a rewarding feeling. Apart from finding my clients the best solution, I have one main goal when it comes to arranging mortgages and protection products for my clients, and that is to remove as much stress from them as possible. When I’m not in the office, I love spending time with my family and friends.
Hi. I’m Emanuel, an experienced Mortgage and Protection Advisor helping clients to achieve their dreams. Seeing people purchase their dream homes and getting to know my clients properly is such an amazing feeling. No two days are ever the same in this line of work and that is what I love the most!
Outside work I have three children – two boys and a girl – keeping me busy 90% of the time! As an ex-rugby player, rugby will always remain the passion of my live and I’m lucky enough to help coach a youth rugby team in my spare time. I enjoy watching sports, cooking and catch up with my friends when I get a chance.
Hi, I’m Diana. My role as an adviser means I can help and advise clients of all levels, in both residential and buy to let mortgages. My communication skills provide me with the foundation to create and maintain strong professional relationships with clients. I get to know my clients quite well during the course of a mortgage and life insurance application and understand their requirements to help them secure the best possible solution to achieve their goals. Integrity in business is incredibly important to me and I will always go the extra mile to ensure the house buying process is a less stressful experience for my clients. Outside of work I love spending time with my family and friends.
My name is Madalina, a dedicated Mortgage Administrator working with advisers to help customers with the process of purchasing all kinds of properties. I am always there to help and could spend 24 hours a day working just to see clients happy! Every single day is different but that is what makes this job more challenging and rewarding. When I am not working I love spending time with my kids and being surrounded by family and friends.
